To ensure our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay, each apartment in the residence is fully furnished and equipped for short or medium-term tourist occupancy.

The accommodations include a living area furnished with suitable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a private bathroom, and complete bedding with duvets and pillows.

For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. The beds are carefully prepared and made before your arrival, so you can fully enjoy your stay from the moment you settle in.

All apartment categories include: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils, television, Wi-Fi connection, heating, hair dryer and outdoor furniture.

A detailed inventory of the equipment is available in each unit. Occupants are asked to check the condition and presence of the equipment upon arrival and to report any issues as soon as possible to reception or management.

Any damage, deterioration, loss, or breakage observed on the linens, furniture, equipment, or accessories provided during the stay may result in a deduction from the security deposit. The amount deducted will correspond to the cost of repairing or replacing the items concerned, based on an estimate or the assessed replacement value.
